  • Basic IT Course Dollar Park, Falkirk  Starting 1st of September 10am – 1pm.  Every Friday for 8 weeks
  • Spa Course (Massage and Facial) Polmont/Inchyra Hotel  Starting 18th of September  9.30am – 2.30pm.  Each Monday and Tuesday for 10 weeks
  • Managing Stress and Anxiety Based in Grangemouth  Starting 13th of September           10am – 1pm. Every Wednesday for 8 weeks
  • Parent Programme – One Parent Family Scotland Kersiebank, Grangemouth Starting 31st of October  9.30am – 12.30pm. Each Tuesday and Friday for 6 weeks
  • Mark Brown – Best of You Parent Programme Grangemouth  Starting 27th of November           9.30am – 1pm.   Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for one week only
